Return Policy-

You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving. 

Please email us Hollowstem1@gmail.com for an authorization number. No item will be accepted without the authorization number. Include that number in your return and write the item you would like to exchange it for (if you are exchanging). Please note exchanges may take longer to receive if not in stock.   

    • All clearance purchases are final sale.
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, with the exception of defective or incorrect items. If you received a defective or incorrect item please email us at Hollowstem1@gmail.com
    • All items of clothing must not be worn or washed for a refund. It's our discretion to determine if either has been done. Tag must not be removed as it's placed so as to not damage material. 

Shipping Policy- All shipping costs to the customer will be paid by Hollowstem within the United States. Shipping costs outside the United States will be included upon purchase. Any duty fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receiving a package in a different country will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note that some product is sold as final sale - no returns will be accepted on those items, with exception for damaged items.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q- How long will it take to receive my order?

A - Please allow 5-7 business days to receive within the United States. For international, due to customs and freight times it may take longer. 

Q - Can I cancel my order?

A - Yes. If the order has not been shipped you may cancel your order. Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 hours. Please email us at Hollowstem1@gmail.com
